Empatho is Science Based

Empatho was founded on scientific principles to ensure we drive behaviour change and accurately address employee wellbeing. Developed by neuroscientists and behavioural and clinical psychologists, Empatho calculates a wellbeing score for each subscriber. This score encompasses the key factors of a well-lived life.

 

These factors have been extensively researched by our Empatho scientists in collaboration with behavioural psychologists. We focus on factors that are individual, dynamic, and—most importantly—actionable. To achieve high wellbeing, we want subscribers to first understand the key drivers of their wellbeing. Then, we show them how simple but impactful actions can support their mental and physical health.
